4 Cup Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Maple Syrups
1/4 Cup, whole Almonds
1/4 Cup, with hulls, edible yield Sunflower Seed Kernels
1/4 Cup Cashew Nuts
2 Tsp Sea Salt
Set oven to 325 degrees F.
Grind nuts.
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Spread on a parchment paper-lined pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove pan, stir mixture, and re-spread.
Bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove pan and let cool.
