2 Large Egg
1/2 Slice Sliced Ham
1 Tbsp Leeks
1 Tsp Butter
1 Tbsp, whipped Cream Cheese
1 Dash Pepper
Crack eggs in a bowl.
Whisk together well.
Chop leeks and ham.
Add butter to pan, when it stops sizzling add leeks and fry lightly.
Add eggs, stir gently.
Add ham once eggs are mostly cooked, and the cream cheese.
Add pepper to taste.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
