Ingredients

1/2 Cup Quinoa
6 Oz Ground Beef
1 Tbsp Dry Taco Seasoning Mix
1/4 Cup, shredded Mexican Cheese

Directions

Prepare quinoa as per package directions.

Cook lean ground beef in skillet over medium heat until browned.

Drain grease.

Combine prepared quinoa and ground beef in skillet and add taco seasoning.

Top and melt with Mexican cheese.
