6 Oz Goat Cheese
1/4 Cup Spearmint
12 Cup shredded Lettuce
6 Large (2-1/2" dia) Figs
8 Slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions
6 Link, 5/lb Italian Sausage
Crumble goat cheese.
Coarsely chop mint.
Cut figs in half.
Prepare grill (medium-high heat).
Brush sausages and onions with 3 tablespoons dressing; grill sausages until cooked, 15 minutes, and onions until charred, 10 minutes.
Toss greens with remaining dressing; mound on plates.
Slice sausages.
Top greens with sausages, cheese, figs, and mint.
