80 Oz Atlantic Salmon
1 1/4 Cup chopped Onions
1/3 Cup Dijon Mustard
3/4 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Salt
4 Tbsp Parsley
2 Tbsp Dill
2 Cup Bread Crumbs
With a food processor or blender use the "pulse" optionto break up the salmon until it is in chunks.
Add all of the other ingredients to your salmon chunks.
Mix together well, and form 5oz burger patties.
Grill at 400 degrees F until well cooked (8-10 minutes).
