1/2 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
1/2 Cup, sliced Banana
2 Stalk, small (5" long) Celery
1/2 Tbsp Ginger Root
1 Tbsp Poppy Seed
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
Combine all ingredients in corresponding order into a blender and pulse until smooth.
Add water to get the desired consistency.
