6 Strip Bacon
1/2 Cup, chopped Onions
1/4 Lb Mushrooms
16 Oz Green Beans
4 Packet Sucralose
1 Dash Salt
In a large skillet cook the bacon until crisp; set aside and reserve 2 tablespoons drippings in the pan.
Sauté the onion in the drippings until tender.
Add the mushrooms; cook and stir 2 minutes over medium heat.
Stir in the beans, Splenda and salt to taste.
(Keep in mind that the bacon will also add salt.
) Cover and cook 10 minutes on low until the beans are done, stirring occasionally.
Once cooked through toss with bacon until well combined.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
