Ingredients

3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 Cup slices Radishes
2/3 Cup, chopped Onions
1 Cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
4 Pita, large (6-1/2" dia) Pita Bread
1/2 Cup Parsley
1 2/3 Cup, chopped Red Bell Pepper
1 1/4 Cup cherry tomatoes Cherry Tomatoes
1 Cup, pared, chopped Cucumbe

Directions

Cut pita rounds in half.

Chop parsley.

Chop tomatoes, discarding seeds.

Whisk olive oil and red wine vinegar in large bowl.

Season dressing with salt and pepper.

Mix tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, radishes, and parsley into dressing.

Stir in feta cheese.

DO AHEAD: Salad can be made 2 days ahead.

Cover and chill.

Using slotted spoon, transfer salad mixture to pita bread halves.

Serve sandwiches immediately.
