Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies Healthy Recipe

Ingredients

1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Large Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Oz Mini Chocolate Chips
8 Tsp Sea Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium to large bowl mix ingredients together (excluding salt) until it forms a ball.

Do not over mix.

Scoop out rounded teaspoons and drop onto ungreased baking sheet about 3 inches apart.

Gently use a fork in a cross-hatch pattern to slightly flatten dough.

Lightly sprinkle salt over cookies (not too much, just a dash).

Bake for 10 minutes.

Allow cookies to cool on sheet for at least 5 minutes before transferring with a spatula to a cooling rack.

The cookies are quite delicate when they come out of the oven.

They need to "set-up" becoming firm enough to hold their shape.

Repeat with remaining dough.

Allow to cool completely and store in an air tight container.
