1 1/2 Cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
1 Medium Egg
3 Cup Almond Flour
8 Tsp Garlic Salt
25 Slice round Pepperoni
6 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Put mozzarella and cream cheese in a medium size microwaveable bowl.
Cube up the cream cheese before melting.
Microwave for 1 minute, stir, and then microwave another 30 seconds, stir (very hot!).
Stir in egg and almond flour.
Wet hands and spread “dough” thin on parchment paper.
It should spread evenly with dough-like consistency.
If “stringy” then your cheese has hardened too much—just put it back in the microwave for maybe another 20 seconds.
Dock (poke rows of holes) with a fork to avoid bubbling.
Sprinkle with garlic salt and put in oven.
After about 8 minutes, check it and poke holes where any large bubbles may be.
Continue cooking for a total 12-14 min, or until slightly brown on top.
Add toppings and cook in oven for a few more minutes.
