Ingredients

1/4 Cup Olive Oil
5 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
14 1 Oz Tofu
1/2 Cup Honey
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce Made From Soy And Wheat (Shoyu)
1 1/2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
4 Tsp Sauce, Hot Chile, Sriracha
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 Cup, chopped Scallions

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Line a half sheet pan with parchment.

Mix olive oil, 1 minced garlic clove, and bread crumbs.

Cut tofu into 1 inch cubes, and fold into breadcrumb mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, until the breading has started to brown.

Make the sauce by combining the honey, salt, pepper, soy sauce, fish sauce, remaining garlic, and Sriracha in a small saucepan and bringing to a boil.

Lower the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, until slightly thickened.

Once the tofu is done, coat in the sauce.

Sprinkle on the sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
