1 Cup, halves Strawberries
1 Medium Pears
2 Cup, chunks Pineapple
2 Fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
1 Cup, without pits Sweet Cherries
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
8 Oz Mixed Fruit
4 Oz Coconut Meat
Peel, seed, and cut oranges into bite-sized pieces.
Cut pears and pineapple into chunks.
Combine all ingredients with half the coconut.
Chill for 2 hours or overnight.
Sprinkle remaining coconut on top.
