1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tsp Cinnamon
Add coconut oil to a skillet and melt, swirling to coat the pan as it melts, over medium-high heat.
Arrange banana slices in pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until they begin to carmelize.
Drizzle honey over top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
