4 Large Egg
3/4 Cup Reduced Fat Milk
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
3 Tsp Nutmeg
12 Slice White Bread
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk or fork.
Add the milk, brown sugar and nutmeg.
Stir well to combine.
Soak bread slices in the egg mixture until saturated.
Heat a lightly-oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Place bread on pan and brown on both sides.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve hot.
