12 Extra large Egg
2 1/4 Cup diced Mushrooms
1/2 Cup, chopped Onions
2 3/4 Cup Spinach
3/4 Cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Chop all veggies, mix together with cheese and egg; pour into 9x13" casserole pan and bake approximately 25 minutes or until eggs are set.
