5 1/3 Cup shredded Lettuce
3 Large Egg, Hard-Boiled
1 Tbsp Mustard
3/4 Cup Greek Yogurt
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
Add eggs to a pot and cover with water.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and cover.
Let sit 10 minutes.
Peel and chop eggs.
Add lettuce to a bowl.
Add the eggs
Make the sauce: mix mustard, yogurt, salt, and pepper.
Add it to the bowl, mix and serve.
