2 Grams Wheat Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/3 Grams Butter
1/2 Cup Nonfat Milk
1/3 Grams Parmesan Cheese
0 Grams Flaxseed
Put flour, seeds and baking powder in bowl and mix together; If you want, you can add sugar for taste
Cut in the butter and mix with fingertips to fine crumb, as if you were making pastry
Grate the cheese and lightly mix in so you have a uniform looking mixture
Add about 3/4 of the milk and mix with a spoon, if it looks dry, add more, up to the full amount; If by chance the mix is too wet, a little extra flour will sort it out
Divide into walnut sized balls and roll each of these into a little stick, about 6" (15 cm) long; Feel free to add toppings, like seeds or salt
Bake at 390°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, rotating half way through
