3 Large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber
1 Cup Vinegar
3 Tbsp Sugar
1 Cup, sliced Onions
Wash and peel cucumbers.
Slice or cut in rounds as thin as possible cucumbers & onions (1 onion should make about 1 cup).
Place in bowl and cover with vinegar.
Add 3-5 heaping tablespoons of sugar, Mix well.
Chill and serve.
This is better if you let it sit in the fridge covered overnight.
