Ingredients

1 Slice oval Roast Beef, Deli Style, Prepackaged, Sliced
2 Oz Provolone Cheese
1/4 Medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2 dia.) Red Bell Pepper
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Leaf outer Lettuce

Directions

Slice red bell pepper into 1” wide “sticks.

Lay out 1 large outter lettuce leaf.

Fold beef in half and lay on lettuce leaf.

Place provolone slice on top of beef.

Spread mustard all over surface of cheese.

Place 2 red bell pepper “sticks” in center.

Fold up lettuce leaf to contain all the contents.
