3 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Curry Powder
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
16 Oz Shrimp
2 Stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 Cup Arugula
4 Bun Hot Dog Buns
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly.
Add the shrimp, celery, and arugula to the bowl and toss to combine.
Toast the buns.
Serve on the buns
