1 Dash Pepper
1/2 Lb Mushrooms
1 Dash Salt
1 1/4 Cup Reduced Fat Milk
2 Tbsp Wheat Flour
2 Tsp Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Butter
Slice mushrooms.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Saute mushrooms until tender.
Stir in flour, milk and soy sauce; cook, stirring, until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
