1 Cup, (not packed) Cottage Cheese
1 Cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes
2 Cup, pared, chopped Cucumber
1 Cup chopped Onions
4 Slice Sliced Ham
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
In a medium bowl stir together the cottage cheese, tomatoes, green onions, and cucumbers; toss well to combine.
Chop ham and toss with other ingredients until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill until serving.
