2 Slice, regular Rye Bread
1 Serving Corned Beef
2 Slice (1 oz) Swiss Cheese
1 Cup shredded Lettuce
1 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
Toast the bread.
Heat the corned beef in the microwave or a in a small skillet over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes per side.
Top toasted bread with the corned beef, swiss, and lettuce.
Spread mayonnaise on the remaining slice of bread and place, mayonnaise side down, onto the lettuce.
Serve and enjoy!
