12 Large Egg White
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Tsp Olive Oil
Stir together oats and egg whites.
Spray a non-stick pan with about 1/4 tsp olive oil.
Ladle 2 pancakes onto your pan and cook like a regular pancake.
Each pancake should be about 1 scant ladle full; adding oil as necessary.
Serve and enjoy!
