1 Lb Ground Turkey
4 Cup Fresh Cilantro
1/4 Onion Onions
2 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
Prepare the grill to medium heat or turn the broiler on low.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and use a fork to mix well.
Divide into 4 portions and shape into patties.
Grill or broil until cooked through and no longer pink, about 10 minutes.
