1/4 Cup Lime Juice
1 Fruit (2" dia) Limes
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro
1/2 Pepperr Jalapeno Pepperrs
1 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
Marinate the shrimp in the mixture of the lime juice, zest, oil, cilantro, jalapeno, garlic, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes to over night.
Skewer the shrimp and grill over medium-high heat until cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side.
