3 Extra large Egg
1/4 Cup Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Sunflower Seed Flour
12 Tsp dry Coffee And Cocoa Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup, halves Strawberries
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Directions

Pre-heat your waffle maker

In a large bowl whisk eggs, almond milk, and honey together until well combined.

In a large mixing bowl sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.

To prevent lumps, add a little, stir and repeat this process to ensure a smooth mixture.

Prepare waffle maker with non-stick spray or fat of choice.

Ladle1/2 cup mixture into each waffle square.

Close the lid and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes or until nice and crispy.

Top with berries and serve.
