1/2 Stalks, large (11 inches long) Celery
16 Oz Chickpeas
1 Dash Pepper
1 Dash Salt
0 Cup, chopped Pickles
4 Tbsp Mayonnaise-Like Dressing
Chop the celery.
Drain the chickpeas and place in a bowl.
Mash with a potato masher (or large fork).
Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix together well.
Serve as desired and enjoy!
