1/2 Cup, chopped Tomatoes
1 Small Pickles
1 Medium Carrots
1 Small Onions
1 Cup Chickpeas
2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
Simply chop all the vegetables, drain the chickpeas, and combine all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Mix well and enjoy!
