1 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
1 Medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes
1 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Salt
3/4 Cup, (not packed) Cottage Cheese
Cut up chicken and tomato.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry chicken; season with salt, to taste.
Once cooked add chicken to the cottage cheese and add diced tomato.
