6 Oz crumbled Ground Chicken
1 Large Egg
2 Cup Oatmeal
1/2 Tsp, ground Cumin
1/2 Tsp, leaves Thyme
2 Tsp Mustard Seed
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
1 Small Onions
2 Stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Spray muffin pan with canola or olive oil.
Mix all your ingredients together in one large bowl.
Roll the mixture into balls and place in muffin pan.
Muffins should be about the size of a racquetball.
Bake for 40 minutes or until completely cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F).
