6 Oz Chicken Breast
1 Cup, diced Potato
1/4 Cup Corn
1 Large Egg
1/2 Stalk Onions
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tsp Olive Oil


Bring a pot of water to boil.

Add chicken breast water and boil for 8-12 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.

Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

Shred with two forks and set aside.

Grate potatoes and chop green onions.

Mix all ingredients (excluding oil) in a bowl to form a patty.

Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat.

Cook patty until golden brown on each side, about 5-8 minutes.
