1 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
1 Cup White Rice
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Cloves, minced Garlic
1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
2/3 Cup Mixed Vegetables
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
Slice chicken in small chunks and set a pan on medium-high heat.
Cook rice according to packaging.
Fry chicken breast in pan with a little bit of oil and garlic.
When chicken is cooked add tomato sauce and vegetables and let simmer until rice is done.
When rice is done, mix all in the cooking pot and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
