1 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
2 Slice regular Multi-Grain Bread
1 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Leaf, large Lettuce


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, flip, and continue to bake for about 15 more minutes; until the juices run clear.

Lightly toast bread if desired.

Spread butter onto the 2 slices of bread.

Cut chicken and lettuce into bite sized pieces and mix with the mayonnaise.

Apply the filling (chicken, lettuce & mayo) to the sandwich by spooning it out evenly across the bottom slice of bread.

Add the top slice of bread to the top of the sandwich and squeeze firmly to make a better fit.

Cut across the slices of bread horizontally such that the sandwich is split in two.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
