2 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
6 Large Egg White
1 Tbsp Dill Weed
1 Tbsp Canola Oil
Chop chicken into one-inch cubes, season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add chicken to the pan and sauté over medium high heat until just cooked, 8-12 minutes.
Add egg whites and dill, and stir constantly to cook eggs evenly.
Serve and nejoy!
