1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
1 Piece Focaccia, Italian Flatbread, Plain
4 Oz Classic Alfredo Sauce
1 2/3 Oz Mozzarella Cheese


Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add diced chicken and cook for 5-10 minutes until cooked through and no longer pink; set aside.

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

Pour sauce onto the flatbread.

Top with the chicken and mozzarella cheese.

Change the oven to broil on high.

Broil the flatbread pizza for 5 minutes or until the cheese is slightly golden.
