8 Cup Boiled Potatoes
1 Cup 1/2" pieces Green Beans
1 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Cashew Nuts
1/2 Small Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup Water
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Cup Yeast
1 Tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook sliced potatoes in boiling water with salt until fork tender , adding green beans during the last 5 minutes
Place potatoes, green beans, and sliced onions in a bowl.
Blend cashew, bell pepper, water, onion powder, garlic powder, nutritional yeast flakes, and salt until smooth.
Combine ingredients and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes, let cool slightly, and serve.
