Ingredients

4 Slice (1 oz) Cheddar Or Colby Cheese
1 Small (6-3/8" long) Cucumber
8 Cherry tomato Cherry Tomatoes

Directions

Cut cucumber lengthways into about 1/4" thick slices; slice cheddar into four parts.

Using four bamboo skewers alternately thread two cherry tomatoes, two cucumber slices and one cheddar shape onto the skewer.

Repeat with 6 more cherry tomatoes and the remaining cucumber shapes and cheddar shapes.

Note: Recommended to be served with hummus.
