2 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
3/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 1/2 Tbsp Parsley
4 Oz Cheddar Cheese
3 Clove Garlic
1 Cup Reduced Fat Milk
3 Tbsp Canola Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp Butter
1 Spray , about 1/3 second Pam Cooking Spray
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Weigh or lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife.
Combine flour and next 6 ingredients (use only half of the parsley); stir with a whisk.
Combine the garlic, milk, and oil.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well.
In a seperate bowl combine melted butter with remaining half of parsley.
Mix well and set aside.
Drop dough by 2 heaping tablespoons 2 inches apart onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Brush butter/parsley mixture evenly over dough.
Bake for 11 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
