1 1/3 Cup chopped Carrots
2 Tbsp Butter
8 Oz Orzo
1 1/2 Cup Water
1 1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Cloves, minced Garlic
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp Onions
1 Tsp Rosemary
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
Finally chop carrots in food processor.
Melt butter over medium-high heat; sauté carrots and orzo about 5 minutes.
Add 1 1/2 cups water, broth, and garlic; cook uncovered over medium heat until all liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently, about 15-20 minutes.
Stir in cheese, green onions, and rosemary.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
