3 Fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
1 Fruit (3-3/4" dia) Grapefruit, Raw
Chop top from carrots and scrub clean, but do not peel.
Cut rind from citrus fruits and section into eighths to fit juicer spout.
Juice citrus fruits first, then carrots after, as the citric acid acts as a preservative for the nutrients.
Stir and drink.
