5 Large (7-1/4" to 8-/1/2" long) Carrots
3 Tbsp Whole Milk
Chop top off and rinse root well with bristle brush.
Juice unpeeled carrots in single (or double) auger juicer for highest extraction and most nutritional content.
Mix in milk, a few tablespoons at a time, to make juice extra creamy.
