3/4 Cup, whole Almonds
6 Date, pitted Dates
1/3 Cup Coconut Meat
1/2 Cup grated Carrots
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Cloves
1 Dash Salt
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
In a food processor, grind the almonds into a powder.
Set aside.
Blend together the dates and coconut in processor.
Add back in the almonds, and the carrots, cinnamon, ground cloves and salt.
Blend as well as you can.
Carefully melt the coconut oil in microwave for a few seconds if it's solid.
Add in the coconut oil and blend once more.
(Can also do this part by hand.
)
Roll into balls, place on a plate and refrigerate.
