1/4 Cup grated Carrots
1 Tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Cup (8 fl oz) Unsweetened Coconut Milk
Add all ingredients to a resealable and stir together well.
Put lid on container and place in fridge to set, at least 2 hours (or overnight).
Stir well before serving.
