1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
1/4 Cup Buckwheat Flour
1/4 Cup Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Cup Lowfat Milk
3 Tbsp Safflower Oil
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Extra large Egg
In a large bowl stir together wheat flour, buckwheat flour, all-purpose flour, oats, and baking powder.
Stir in milk, oil, honey, and egg.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
Brown on both sides until cooked through and serve hot.
