Ingredients

1/2 Cup Brown Rice
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Water

Directions

Place Rice in a pot and cover with water.

Add Salt and oil.

Allow rice to come to a rolling boil, turn heat down to low, cover and cook for 35 min.

Remove pot from heat allow to sit for 5-10.

Fluff with fork.
