Ingredients

1/4 Cup Hummus
2 Cup chopped Broccoli
1 Tsp Sesame Seeds

Directions

Place broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl.

Tightly cover bowl with plastic wrap and piece wrap 2 or 3 times with a fork.

Microwave on high for 1 minute, carefully remove wrap and stir.

Tightly recover with plastic wrap and microwave for an additional minute or until broccoli is cooked to your liking.

Toss broccoli with hummus then top with sesame seeds.
