2/3 Oz Nonfat Greek Yogurt
2/3 Cup Coconut Milk
1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Cube Ice Cubes
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Cup, unthawed Blueberries, Frozen

Directions

Blend everything except coconut oil.

Slowly pour coconut oil in while blender is running.

Pour into a glass, garnish with some dried coconut or a fresh strawberry if desired and enjoy!
