1 Cup, chopped Kale
1 Cup (8 fl oz) Plain Yogurt
1 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
2 Tbsp Oats
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup Ice Cubes
Combine blueberries, kale, yogurt, banana, protein powder, oats, chia and ice in blender, and blend until smooth.
