1 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1 Cup, chopped Kale
1 Cup Spinach
2 Slice Turkey Breast, Low Salt, Prepackaged Or Deli, Luncheon Meat
1 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil
1 Cup Blueberries
Chop tomato, avocado, kale, spinach, and turkey.
Toss all together with the oil and blueberries.
